2. Reservations<\/h4>
  • Reservations can only be made online through our website.<\/li>
  • Upon booking, the customer will receive a confirmation email with all the relevant details.<\/li><\/ul>

    3. Payments<\/h4>
    • Payment must be made at the time of booking using the payment methods accepted on our website.<\/li>
    • No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time.<\/li><\/ul>

      4. Access to the Property<\/h4>
      • There is no reception at AL Suite.<\/li>
      • After booking confirmation and payment, the customer will receive an electronic smart key on their smartphone, allowing access to the property and their room.<\/li>
      • The smart key will be sent via email with detailed instructions on its use and a link to download the necessary app.<\/li><\/ul>

        5. Rules of Conduct<\/h4>
        • Guests must respect the quiet and tranquility of the property.<\/li>
        • Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and common areas.<\/li>
        • Any damage to the property or furnishings will be charged to the customer.<\/li><\/ul>

          6. Liability<\/h4>
          • AL Suite is not responsible for any theft, damage, or loss of personal belongings within the property.<\/li>
          • Customers are required to carefully keep the smart key on their smartphone; in case of loss or technical issues, contact our support immediately.<\/li><\/ul>

            7. Privacy<\/h4>
            • Personal data provided by customers during booking will be processed in accordance with current data protection regulations (GDPR).<\/li><\/ul>

              8. Changes to Terms and Conditions<\/h4>
              • AL Suite reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the website.<\/li><\/ul>
