3. Payments

  • Payment must be made at the time of booking using the payment methods accepted on our website.
  • No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time.

4. Access to the Property

  • There is no reception at AL Suite.
  • After booking confirmation and payment, the customer will receive an electronic smart key on their smartphone, allowing access to the property and their room.
  • The smart key will be sent via email with detailed instructions on its use and a link to download the necessary app.

5. Rules of Conduct

  • Guests must respect the quiet and tranquility of the property.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and common areas.
  • Any damage to the property or furnishings will be charged to the customer.

6. Liability

  • AL Suite is not responsible for any theft, damage, or loss of personal belongings within the property.
  • Customers are required to carefully keep the smart key on their smartphone; in case of loss or technical issues, contact our support immediately.

7. Privacy

  • Personal data provided by customers during booking will be processed in accordance with current data protection regulations (GDPR).

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • AL Suite reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the website.
